Need a hand?

Email [email protected]. When reporting a problem, include the screen involved, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Your app version, iOS version and a screenshot can help. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.

For incorrect venue or event information, include the track name, event name and date, the correction and a source link if available.

Does saving an event book a place?

No. Saving adds the event to My Events in VHK. Contact the venue or organiser to register, pay or confirm availability.

Where are my saved events?

Open your calendar from “Your upcoming events” on the home screen. Saved events and preferences stay on this device; they are not synced to a VHK account. Check date range, track, event type, selected day and Profile event preferences if an event seems to be missing. Tap a selected calendar day again to clear that day filter.

How do I set reminders?

Open Profile, then Notifications. Choose your reminder times and allow notifications when prompted. You can refresh reminders, send a test reminder or open notification settings from that screen. Check iPhone notification permissions and Focus settings if a reminder does not appear. Events with unconfirmed times cannot receive a correctly timed reminder until their times are confirmed.

Why can’t I see a junior, adult or VHKC event?

Check your event preferences in Profile and the calendar filters. Your preferences control which events are displayed. Hidden saved events remain saved. Features may vary between app versions during testing.

Does VHK work offline?

Previously downloaded track and event information can be viewed offline. Connect to the internet and refresh to receive changes. Images that have not been downloaded may be unavailable offline.

How does nearest-track sorting work?

Allow location access when choosing proximity sorting. The distance shown is an estimate in a straight line, rather than driving distance. You can change location permission in iPhone Settings or use sorting by name or size instead.

Can I change the appearance?

Open Profile to choose System, Light or Dark appearance and your highlight colour. You can also choose a favourite track to override the home screen’s automatically calculated favourite.

Can I rely on event times and prices?

Check important details with the venue or organiser before travelling or paying. Event details, opening hours, prices and availability can change. Where a time, price or track is marked TBC, the organiser has not yet confirmed that detail.

How do I send feedback during testing?

Use TestFlight’s feedback option, or contact VHK support. Tell us about confusing screens, missing information and repeatable problems. A screenshot and steps to reproduce the problem are especially helpful.
